  I herewith confirm that I have read and understood the rules of the FIS and the OC, which define the rules for the work of journalists / photographers at the 63rd Vitranc Cup, and that by sending the request for accreditation I simultaneously also accept those rules and will comply with them during my work at the Vitranc Cup. I am aware that the accreditation may be withdrawn if I fail to comply with those rules. I herewith also confirm that I am personally responsible for any material and legal consequences arising from my failure to comply with these rules.
